Getting Started

To prepare for the smoothest loan transaction possible gather the following documentation:
  • 30 days worth of your most recent pay-stubs.
  • 2 most recent bank statements 
  • W2's and tax returns over the last 2 years
  • Copy of your ID front and back
  • Form DD-214 if applying for a VA Home Loan or Oregon Vet
Loan applications can be taken in person, over the phone, or online.
